• Applied AI in production — LLM agents, Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and agent guardrails inside a regulated banking domain.

• Resilient distributed systems — channel-agnostic orchestration with saga, idempotent/compensable operations, transactional outbox and durable execution (DBOS).

• Platform & DX — CI/CD, Kong, observability and internal tooling for a multi-team engineering tribe.
