SomniaScore is a sensory-friendly, executive-function-hacking, high-stakes game show host that lives entirely on your device. Part cozy, part aesthetic, part prank, and completely offline.
We built this to make Friday afternoon math drills less of a battle and more of a heist, to turn household chores into frantic speedruns, and to give your tabletop campaigns the perfect atmospheric backdrop.
No ads. No subscriptions. No data harvesting. Buy it once, own it forever.

Because SomniaScore is completely self-contained, there is no software to install or accounts to create.
- Extract the Files: Unzip the folder you downloaded.
- Launch the Engine: Double-click the
index.htmlfile. It will instantly open in your default web browser. - Project to the Big Screen: For family game night or dynamic lessons, click Project in the top navigation to cast the app directly to your living room TV, or hit "Just Fill My Screen" (F11) to hide your browser tabs.
- Cloak the UI: Click Cloak UI in the top navigation to melt the interface away and leave only your beautiful, customized background running. Click anywhere on the screen to bring the controls back.
Click the Playbook button to access 80 built-in, kinesthetic games designed to burn energy, build brains, and hack executive function. Categorized by age group, these games cover everything from phonics and fractions to stealth missions and family parlor games.
- Bonus: Click "+ Add My Own" to write and save your family's custom games directly into the engine.
Add unlimited teams, track scores, and set the visual countdown timer. The timer features a high-visibility pulsing alert in the final 10 seconds to drive the stakes up.
A rapidly accessible, auto-saving notepad. Jot down broadcast notes, keep track of D&D campaign rules, or type out quick spelling words. It never forgets what you wrote.
This is where the magic happens.
- Canvas: Upload your own local images to use as the background.
- Audio: Mix built-in soundscapes (rain, hearth fires, taverns) or upload your own custom MP3s (lo-fi beats, boss music).
- Atmos: Change the color palette, swap the particle engine from gentle snow to digital matrix code, and tweak the speed and density to perfectly match the mood.
- Vault: Crafted the perfect aesthetic? Save it as a Preset in the Vault so you can instantly load it again later.
Your custom games, presets, and scores live entirely inside your browser's local storage. If you accidentally clear your browser's cache and cookies, or if you buy a new computer, your SomniaScore will reset to a blank slate.
To protect your data forever:
- Click the Data tab inside the Maker Panel.
- Click 📤 Export Engine Data. This will download a
.somnia_enginefile to your computer. - Move this file into a safe cloud folder (like Google Drive, iCloud, or Dropbox).
- If you ever need to restore your setup, just click 📥 Import Engine Data, select that file, and your entire room, playbook, and scoreboard will instantly rebuild itself.
- The "I Already Own It" Button: If you already own the complete SomniaSyllabus educational suite, click the link at the bottom of the "Upgrade" modal to permanently hide the glowing upgrade button from your navigation. Keep your space clean!
- Low GPU Mode: Running this on an older laptop? Go to the Atmos tab and check the "Low GPU" box to instantly optimize the particle engine so it runs smoothly on dinosaur machines.
- Share The Vibe: Click Share Vibe to copy a link that perfectly captures your current color palette, particle type, and glow setting to send to a friend.
