Dreamland: minor improvements

• Fixed an issue where <clear/> was missing from the spawn-kit and some itemkeep materials were retained after each respawn
• Fixed an issue where the location attribute for the wools was incorrectly configured
• Added some materials to itemremove
• Cleaned up and simplified the XML (This change does not affect gameplay.)
