Adds a four-step getting-started walkthrough (issue OpenVoxProject#214) covering OpenVox Server install, agent enrollment, control repo setup with r10k, and writing first Puppet code. Includes a companion guide for running the full stack locally with crafty/Docker Compose. Adds a "What's next?" pointer to install_linux so post-install readers find the trail. Nav updated with a new "Getting started" section.
