This PR adds the complete subagent configuration for the Cognitive Assembly Line:

  • Add with 21 subagents organized in 6 groups:

    • Audio & Medien (audio_agent, multimedia_looker)
    • Web-Recherche (athena, argus, daedalus, hermes_scout)
    • Code-Qualität (placeholders: code-checker, test-runner, security-scanner, performance-auditor)
    • Dokumentation (placeholders: doc-writer, pr-generator, changelog-writer)
    • DevOps (placeholders: ci-agent, env-manager, infra-provisioner, backup-agent)
    • Data Science (placeholders: data-viz, data-analyzer, ml-trainer, ml-deployer)
  • Add comprehensive README explaining the 6-stage pipeline architecture, MCP integration, usage examples, and extension guidelines

This completes the subagent layer for the Cognitive Assembly Line infrastructure in OpenSIN-documentation.
