This PR adds the complete subagent configuration for the Cognitive Assembly Line:
Add with 21 subagents organized in 6 groups:
Add comprehensive README explaining the 6-stage pipeline architecture, MCP integration, usage examples, and extension guidelines
This completes the subagent layer for the Cognitive Assembly Line infrastructure in OpenSIN-documentation.
