Proposes a new Security and integrity section — the list covers parsing, creation, viewing and datasets, but not PDF authenticity/forensics yet.
Seed entry: HTPBE, an API + free web tool that detects whether a PDF was modified after creation by analysing the structural layer (metadata, xref tables, incremental updates, digital signatures). Hosted commercial entries (Smallpdf, Reducto, pdfRest, veraPDF) are already present in the list, so a hosted tool is in policy.
Happy to instead drop it under Parsers, OCR and extraction if you'd prefer not to add a section.
