New Scenario for a7-security-misconfiguration

I have added new Scenario based on the description of the A7. Please disregard the closed PR initially made to master branch

Thanks for the contribution! Since this PR was opened, the repository restructured how content is organized: source files moved from 2023/en/src/<file>.md to editions/2023/en/<file>.md (no more src/ subfolder). Your changes currently target 2023/en/src/0xa7-security-misconfiguration.md, which no longer exists — that's why GitHub reports a merge conflict.

Could you rebase onto the latest develop and move your new scenario to editions/2023/en/0xa7-security-misconfiguration.md? Happy to merge once it's aligned with the current layout — let me know if you'd like a hand with the rebase.
