Migration of odoo_project_stat from 16.0 to 19.0 (it was not migrated to 17.0/18.0).
Depends on #150 (odoo_project) and on OCA/web#3628 (web_widget_plotly_chart migration to 19.0).
Main changes:
_sql_constraintstomodels.Constraint.attrsto the directinvisible/requiredsyntax and<tree>to<list>.odoo.fields.Domain(fixes the old FIXME).plotlypython external dependency in the manifest (it was missing).
