The star history chart in the README is no longer rendered correctly because the upstream chart service it relied on is broken. Point the chart at a working mirror so it is displayed again.

The star history chart embedded in the README is currently broken and no longer renders, since the upstream chart service it depended on is no longer working. This change redirects the chart to a reliable mirror so visitors can keep seeing the project's star growth. The badge is left untouched.
