fix: refine iPhone and iPad bezel button hover states

Summary

• Reworked iPhone and iPad bezel button rendering so buttons sit partially inset at rest, pop out on hover, and press inward with a softer tap-hold state
• Kept Watch and TV chrome on the existing baked-button path so their special controls remain unchanged
• Added focused tests for chrome button motion and simulator targeting

Testing
