  • README's GitHub Sandbox Tutorial link was missing the get-started segment, every other reference to that page uses the correct path
  • README's community sandboxes link pointed at a docs page that does not exist, replaced with the actual OpenShell-Community repo
  • README listed macOS/Windows/Linux as equally supported, but support-matrix.mdx marks Windows as experimental and macOS as Apple Silicon only
  • architecture/README.md's doc index was missing google-vertex-ai-provider.md
  • SECURITY.md had a mis-indented list item under the vulnerability report checklist
  • standardized on NVIDIA/OpenShell-Community casing for repo links, two docs used a lowercase variant
