…ngle Reframe the project goal around enabling LLMs to reason over samples via structured, validatable, actionable metadata. Explain why ISA-Tab (programmatically validatable) and Galaxy collections/sample sheets (actionable). Add Galaxy Orbit as testing ground. Include LLM in reproducibility evaluation.
