Description
Enhance the Cognito module by adding new locals, variables, and outputs for improved configuration and clarity. Update the README and main.tf to reflect these changes. Fix the region assignment to utilize the aws_region variable for better consistency.
Context
These changes are required to provide more flexibility in configuring the Cognito module and to ensure that the region assignment is correctly handled, addressing potential issues with hardcoded values.
