Have updated content to make it clearer that the upload is not complete.

Note: the new line below the h1 in the panel is a div with the class class="nhsuk-panel__body"
They don't typically have full stops at the end in the design system so I have removed
The last sentence seemed repetitive to me, so I've hidden, easy to put back in though

Questions

Since h1 is changing, should we update the page title?
Consider updating the url too?
