- Repin ci-workflows reusable callers to the signed 0.1.26 tag
- Bump x/mod to v0.41.0 and x/text to v0.42.0; Go floor rises to 1.26 (1.25 is out of upstream support)
- Build release binaries with 1.27.x — the same toolchain class CI tests
