Thanks for these additions and updates @NomeQ! It's great to have such a comprehensive update here.

One clarifying question: it looks like source 595, which was an aggregate feed of Alcatraz Cruises - Hornblower, Angel Island Tiburon Ferry, and Blue & Gold Fleet, has been replaced with 1854, 1856, and 1857. Should 595 be deprecated?

I recommend closing this as well. The gtfs on gtfs.calitp.org / https://gtfs.dds.dot.ca.gov/ is quite out of date. Plus we should be moving the calitp set of links to the mobility data warehouse soon.
