Overview
Updates the Advanced Permissions redelegation guide to use the new redelegatePermissionContextActions extension and redelegatePermissionContext flow (passing the granted permissionContext and caveats) instead of manually decoding delegations and signing a redelegation.

Expands the ERC-7710 Wallet Client actions reference with new sections for redelegatePermissionContext and redelegatePermissionContextOpen, and adds the shared RedelegatePermissionContextReturnType to the types reference.
