Adds datadriven coverage for MCP HTTP behaviors that had none: GET returns 405, a non-allowlisted Origin is rejected with 403, injection-shaped data product names and
mz_unsafereferences are rejected, empty/whitespacecluster_replicais caught, and responses overmcp_max_response_sizeerror instead of returning an unbounded payload. The harness gainedgetandorigindirective args to reach these paths. All expectations were generated with REWRITE and confirmed with a clean run (19 MCP tests pass).
