• 1.0.0 - New observer interface, several black boxes for proteins, and simpler isolation mechanisms

  For this milestone, it would be ideal to - Include new black box objectives for proteins (e.g. Ehrlich functions). - Document the new observer interface. - Verify `foldx` interface and add more examples. Maybe add quality-of-life improvements s.a. automatic determination of the binary/using the binary from the PATH if we can find it.
