Summary

  • Document why ed.pyxis.charttime / hosp.prescriptions.starttime can precede ed.edstays.intime (registration lag, clock skew, order vs dispense).
  • Link from mimic-iv-ed/README.md and the repo README.
  • Add small audit SQL helpers under mimic-iv-ed/concepts/ (not part of official derived concepts).
  • Explicitly state we will not rewrite intime in the PhysioNet loaders.
