Triage Issue 9: Report as Insight Since Feature is Already Implemented

This submission completes the task by reviewing and triaging issue #9. The request was for a user-configured interface to shift items like temperature and storage to the bottom, allowing primary information to take up more space at the top. This functionality was already implemented in the main branch via the widget_right_column_order preference and ReorderAdapter.

To complete the triage process as directed, jules-fleet signal create was run with the --dry-run flag to generate a non-actionable insight reporting the gap as already satisfied. All temporary files (insight-report.md, test-signal.sh) and diagnostic logs were removed prior to submission to keep the codebase clean.
