Fix atlas slice seam rendering

Summary

• normalize atlas slice leaves onto the fixed 128px primitive across vanilla, React, and Vue
• keep atlas CSS dimensions class-owned while scaling matrices and atlas coordinates against the primitive
• add same-color edge bleed for solid atlas fallbacks to avoid dark alpha fringes
