FPS metaddata in CSV's were importing previously but if the conversion process happened quick enough it would overwrite the FPS in the metadata to be the video FPS. This could be see in video imports when using the assetStore importing

This PR:

  • Updates the assetStore script to make it so the fps in the metadata for viame-csv is a subset of the video's fps for testing purposes
  • the convert_video and convert_images now check the DIVE Datasets FPS value before setting it to the video's native FPS
