Automation-only PR. The base branch contains a temporary workflow gate; the head contains implementation generators. The workflow builds and tests #7, then #8, then #9, autosquashes audited corrections into #1/#2/#4, verifies native amd64/arm64 and supply-chain gates, and only then atomically rewrites PR #33 to nine clean commits. This PR is never merged.
