Added a new footer section to index.html with author info, deployment details, and navigation links. Introduced a simple animation for the author name. Created wip.html as a placeholder for 'About', 'Contact', and 'Other Works' links.
Changed the HTML title from '花里胡哨的网站' to '花里胡哨的网站详情页' to better reflect the content of the details page.
Simplified the text for navigation links by removing English translation from '各种链接/Link' and shortening '关于本站' to '关于' for a cleaner UI.
新增了两个页脚元素，分别显示网站的总运行时间和上次更新以来的时间，每秒通过 JavaScript 更新一次。还更新了联系链接，使用“mailto：”地址实现直接电子邮件联系。
更新了页脚中 #runtime 和 #lastUpdate 的内联样式，以指定字体大小和行高，从而提高可读性。
Changed the '联系我' mailto link in the footer to use KB@K-Black.top instead of KitasanBlack@K-Black.top.
In index.html, add a direct link to the personal homepage (https://k-black.top/), remove the previous placeholder list item, and update the lastDeployTime value to 2026-04-21 21:14:00 so the site shows the correct last deployment/modification timestamp.
