Small cleanup — no functional change to the SDK.
docs:*scripts were silently doing nothing. All three root scripts filter@evolution-sdk/docs, but the package is nameddocs.docscarried a deadstartscript.next startcan't work underoutput: 'export'— there's no server bundle, so it fails looking for a BUILD_ID. Dropped along withdocs:start..changeset/config.jsonstillpointed at
no-witness-labs/evolution-sdk.
