Bumps the `TensorAlgebra` compat to `0.16` for its updated `unmatricize` domain-axis convention (ITensor/TensorAlgebra.jl#199). ITensorNetworksNext does not call the matricization primitives directly, so this is a compat-only change and the full test suite passes unchanged.
