Widens the `TensorAlgebra` compat to admit 0.13. ITensorBase does not use the axis-fusion sub-interface that 0.13 removes (ITensor/TensorAlgebra.jl#188), so it works with both 0.12 and 0.13. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
