This PR includes Sections which previously were found in the old Doxygen and Markdwon files in the main repo. I further restructered the folders and layout , so chapters are now bundled into "quarto-parts":

For Each part I also included a "part-overview" page, shortly outlining the different chapters of each part. These short description are also written out in each chapters newly introduced subtitles.
