Thank you a lot for contributing to ILIAS.
If I read this correctly, this is mainly just reordering chapters, which is fine for me.
Please implement the following changes:
- Please keep the mantis option to report issues with the PRIVACY.md, since this is the standard procedure in ILIAS to address maintainers. Most community members are proficient in handling this channel. On the other side only a little number of community members are able to hand in pull requests. I would not like to miss valuable feedback just by setting up technical barriers.
