Upgrades found after CI runs exposed additional deprecated actions: - docker/build-push-action@v5 → v7.1.0 (bcafcacb) - actions/download-artifact@v4 → v8 - aws-actions/configure-aws-credentials@v4 SHA → v6.1.0 (ec61189d) - actions/setup-python@v5 SHA → v6.2.0 (a309ff8b) All replacements use node24-compatible versions.
