What is a correct way of building? #17

Hello!

What is a correct way of building ARTF?

1. make have
   bindings build-all check docs run-grpc run-rust test
   build build-rust clean run-all run-mcp run-web watch

no "make deps" or "make generate"

2. status

• "make build" correctly building go agent
• "make build-rust" claims to "cargo.toml is not a Cargo.toml", after renaming build is ok, rust server running
• "make bindings" end with

3. "make run-all" seems ok

Can you please help us to correctly build ARTF?
