What
The Translations section of the README links to 32 language files, but
doc/i18n/README.nl.md(Dutch) anddoc/i18n/README.od.md(Odia) exist andare not listed.
Why
Both files are complete translations of the README; leaving them off the list
hides them from readers.
How verified
doc/i18n/(HTTP 200).
