Discord Bot Missing Notifications for Rapid/Bulk YouTube Uploads

When a YouTube channel publishes multiple videos in rapid succession (e.g., scheduled bulk uploads), Feedr only posts notifications for some of the videos instead of all of them. Earlier videos in the batch appear to be skipped

Example

The YouTube channel Genshin Impact uploaded 4 videos in rapid succession:

• Disc 1: Origin of Moonlight
• Disc 2: Confessions of the Magic Mountain
• Disc 3: Miliastra Concerto
• Disc 4: For All Yesterdays

However, Feedr only posted notifications for Disc 3 and Disc 4, while Disc 1 and Disc 2 were skipped entirely

The system isn't meant to deal with bulk uploads so this is somewhat expected - there are problems with too many videos in the queue leading to double notification posts again; but I have removed the culprit channels from the database so it shouldn't be anticipated.

I wasn't aware bulk uploads were outside the intended scope. Good to know the problematic channels have been removed to prevent the double notification issue in the meantime
