Mini Apps and Pages
Sometimes the best answer is not text—it is a tool you can use. BitFun can turn a small, focused idea into an interactive Mini App, and it can turn visual work into a versioned Page that is ready to share.
Mini Apps are focused experiences that run inside BitFun. They are useful for personal tools, interactive explanations, lightweight workflows, games, dashboards, and experiments that deserve their own interface.
Browse installed Mini Apps from the gallery and open each one in its own scene. A Mini App can feel like a small product while remaining close to the sessions, files, and agents that helped create it.
Describe the app you want and let BitFun prepare a working starting point. This is especially useful when the idea is clear but building an interface by hand would interrupt the real task.
Examples include:
- a repository activity dashboard;
- a regular-expression playground;
- an interactive slide studio;
- a small board game;
- a playful daily ritual;
- a custom tracker, calculator, or visual explainer.
Ask AI to change the layout, behavior, or visual style and preview the draft live. The installed version stays unchanged until you apply the update.
When an update requests new permissions, BitFun shows the difference so you can review the expanded access. Previous versions can be kept for recovery, making experimentation much less fragile.
Mini Apps can request capabilities appropriate to their job. New access should be intentional and visible; an attractive interface is not a reason to grant unnecessary permission.
BitFun can create interactive visual material directly in a session:
- charts, plots, and comparisons;
- timelines, trees, and flows;
- dashboards and adjustable scenarios;
- maps and diagrams;
- structured plans, to-do views, and diff explanations;
- small simulators and learning labs.
A visual can remain a one-off explanation, become part of a document or presentation, or grow into a reusable Mini App.
PPT Live is an example of the Mini App direction: an AI-assisted deck studio for generating and editing designed slides, reviewing the live result, and exporting an editable presentation or a shareable web version. It shows how a focused app can give an agent workflow a purpose-built interface.
Pages is the publishing side of BitFun’s visual workflow. It is designed for static sites, reports, portfolios, explainers, small tools, and other experiences that should live beyond a single conversation.
With Pages you can:
- save immutable versions;
- publish a selected version;
- update or roll back a deployment;
- choose private, signed-in, or public visibility;
- unpublish without discarding saved versions;
- manage multiple pages from your account.
Every deployment should be treated as intentional publishing. Review the content and visibility before making a page public.
Status: Pages is currently a Preview capability and uses BitFun account services. Availability and limits may evolve during the 0.x releases.
The flow can be remarkably short:
- Explain an idea to BitFun.
- Explore it as a visual or interaction.
- Turn the useful form into a Mini App.
- Refine it through live preview and versioning.
- Keep it for yourself or publish an appropriate Page.
That is the larger promise: agents should not only describe software and visuals—they should help make them tangible.
