- Install the plugin — grab
formnx.zipfrom the latest release and upload it via Plugins → Add New → Upload (WordPress.org listing coming soon). - In FormNX, open your form's Publish tab and copy the form Link.

- Post-submit redirects set in FormNX work correctly from inside the embed.
- Plays nicely with lazy-loading and caching plugins (Smush, LiteSpeed, WP Rocket).
- Scripts load only on pages that actually contain a form.
- The plugin tracks nothing and stores nothing about your visitors — submissions go straight to your FormNX account.
My embedded form shows "Not Found" (404). If the form uses FormNX's Authorized URLs setting, add your WordPress site's domain to the form's authorized list (Form Settings → More Settings in FormNX).
Are submissions stored in WordPress? No — they go straight to your FormNX account, where you can view, export, and integrate them.
