Links the existing /landing/plc/ page from the main nav (header + footer) so it's discoverable, not just reachable via direct URL/SEO. Uses cog-6-tooth rather than factory.svg — the latter is a solid-fill icon from a different set and would clash with the outline-style icons used elsewhere in this dropdown.
