Fix PyTorch FFT None axis aliases

Summary:

• Preserve the expected rejection of axis=None for single-axis PyTorch FFT helpers rfft and irfft.
• Keep axes=None default behavior for multi-axis FFT helpers fftn, ifftn, fftshift, and ifftshift.
• Add regression coverage for the None axis alias and conflicting explicit dim case.

Testing:

• Ran a local smoke test of the patched PyTorch FFT helper against NumPy comparisons and PyTorch exception behavior.
