Patch raw PyTorch comparison helpers for array-like inputs

Summary

• patch raw PyTorch greater, less, and logical_or through the backend-support compatibility path regardless of the selected public backend
• keep the public PyTorch facade synchronized when the selected backend is PyTorch

Bug

The existing backend-portable comparison tests import pyrecest._backend.pytorch while PYRECEST_BACKEND=numpy. The previous comparison facade only patched these helpers when the public backend was PyTorch, so direct raw PyTorch imports could still expose tensor-only torch.* helpers that reject NumPy-style array-like operands.
