Always aggregate time-offset standard deviation

Summary

• include std in every aggregated time-offset sweep row
• keep the pooled-standard-deviation calculation active for the unconditional std key

Bug

aggregate_time_offset_sweeps() already has a std aggregation branch, but default aggregation skipped the std key unless metric="std". The existing test suite expects std under the default metric.

Testing

• Focused local syntax check of the replacement module
• Focused local aggregate checks for default-metric std output and pooled std across different means

Note: I could not run the full repository test suite from this environment.
