Fix F1 for disjoint track identity sets

Summary

• Fix track-evaluation identity-set F1 so disjoint non-empty predicted/reference sets score as 0 instead of 1.
• Preserve the existing empty-set convention where precision, recall, and F1 remain 1 when both predicted and reference identity sets are empty.
• Add regression coverage for complete-track and pairwise-link disjoint identity sets.

Validation

• Inspected the targeted diff.
• Not run: full local test suite is unavailable in this connector-only session.
