Purpose
Added device models for UF4007 diode and BD139 transistor to the eSim device model library.
Approach
Created and simulated device models for UF4007 (diode) and BD139 (transistor), and added them to library/deviceModelLibrary/Diode/ and library/deviceModelLibrary/Transistor/ respectively, following the existing folder and file structure.
