This script creates a .json to be imported into dhis instances, updates the list of orgunits for programs and datasets based on csv rules.

To execute you just need to add the csv in the input folder, and configure the server where you will download the metadata in the config.json file
After that, a .json will be created in the output folder ready to be imported into the dhis instance.
