ci: correct the comment on the hive dispatch token step - #55

The comment named the App ExaSpot and said it is installed only on novus-power/hive. The App behind the client ID is ExaDev Sync (numeric id 4816274), and it is installed on both ExaDev and novus-power. The comment now says that and why owner is set explicitly.

The comment above the hive dispatch token step called the App "ExaSpot" and said it is installed specifically on novus-power/hive rather than org-wide. Neither holds up.
gh api /apps/exadev-syncgives id 4816274 and name "ExaDev Sync" (the numeric id and client ID this step already uses), andgh api /orgs/ExaDev/installationsandgh api /orgs/novus-power/installationseach list that App as installed on the org. The comment now says that, and gives the actual reasonowneris set: with neitherownernorrepositoriesthe action mints a token for the workflow's own repository, which the release logs show ("Creating token for this repository").
