Not viable yet: with TypeScript 7 installed, typescript-eslint stops every package's lint run with 'typescript-eslint does not support TS 7.0' (TS 7 has no programmatic API until 7.1, and typescript-eslint's peer range is <6.1.0). tsc and the builds themselves work. Tracked in #53.
