Dependabot's TypeScript 7.0.2 bump can't land yet. Swapping it in across the workspace, tsc typecheck and the tsdown builds work, but eslint dies in every package with "typescript-eslint does not support TS 7.0", because TS 7 ships without the programmatic API typescript-eslint loads. typescript-eslint's peer range is >=4.8.4 <6.1.0, and their tracking issue for TS 7 is typescript-eslint/typescript-eslint#10940 (support for >=7.1, which is the release that exposes the API).
The side-by-side setup from the TS 7 announcement (typescript aliased to @typescript/typescript6, TS 7 installed as @typescript/native for the tsc binary) would work around it, but it means two compilers and a permanent alias in every package for a faster typecheck, so it isn't worth doing before 7.1. Revisit when typescript-eslint supports it and bump typescript in the root and all three packages together.
