Bug description

When using any new version of essentialsx, the plugin fails to load because of a missing class (i think so), caused by net.ess3.provider.ServerStateProvider.isStopping (returns null) and net/kyori/adventure/text/minimessage/tag/resolver/TagResolver (class not found)

Steps to reproduce

Download the latest 1.16.5 paper
Run with the latest plugin

Expected behaviour

/ess help and other essentailsx commands work

Actual behaviour

plugin is disabled error
