Adds an algorithm that fuses Sentinel-1 GRD and Sentinel-2 L1C imagery to detect ships at sea as an openEO UDP.

The openEO process is adapted from the Ship Detection (S1/S2) evalscript by Monja B. Šebela. Each pixel is classified by combining a Sentinel-2 NDWI water mask with Sentinel-1 backscatter: NDWI above 0.1 marks water, and within water pixels, a VV or VH backscatter return above 0.3 flags a ship. Ship pixels render pure white; all other pixels fall back to an enhanced-color Sentinel-2 composite (water tinted slightly bluer for context).

The openEO process runs on the Copernicus Data Space Ecosystem, and has been validated over three ship-traffic hotspots: Zhenjiang on the Yangtze River, China (2026-03-27 to 2026-03-30), the Singapore Strait anchorage (2026-03-20 to 2026-03-25), and the Sunda Strait shipping/ferry waterway, in Indonesia (2026-03-13 to 2026-03-16).
