Adds an algorithm that detects urban areas using Sentinel-1 GRD VH and VV polarizations as an openEO UDP. The openEO process is adapted from the original SentinelHub script of the same title by Monja Sebela. The algorithm visualizes building in purple, green, or white.
The openEO is running on Copernicus Data Space (https://openeo.dataspace.copernicus.eu/) over the spatial extent of Bologna, Italy on 2019-05-26 and 2019-06-01
