The build is failing, because it's failing to download the deb packages. Could you remove the ~1 parts from the four lines at https://github.com/EESSI/filesystem-layer/blob/main/containers/build-or-download-cvmfs-debs.sh#L37? Apparently that was only needed for 2.13.0.

We should consider using a more recent build container for EESSI 2026.06...
